Alexander Castillo

Sr Sales Executive

As a member of Kadence Americas core team for close to four years, Alex has worked closely with clients, vendors, and research participants to manage and deliver large-scale research studies both domestically and abroad.


From helping clients construct custom research venues on tight timelines to getting out in the field to search for hard-to-reach recruits in rural Alaska – no task is too small to ensure quality and results.


In his first two years at Kadence, Alex worked on Apple studies with Exponent, spending months at a time in the field, and working alongside client and project teams to ensure quality and consistency of operations at various research study locations. This hands-on experience and on-the-ground support indicate the high-touch service Kadence offers to our clients. While he's settled into a managerial role, this exposure to the nuts and bolts of the operation informs a nuanced understanding of what it takes to successfully deliver on these large-scale studies.


Alex studied Business Administration at Northeastern University and subsequently explored roles in several industries, including insurance, financial technology, and media, before finding a home at Kadence. His breadth of experience makes him a generalist capable of wearing any hat needed to deliver excellence for our clients.

Outside of work, Alex enjoys staying active and exploring the outdoors. Whether running through the city, hiking and camping, or reading in the park, he likes being out and about in the fresh air.
