Introducing the holiday schedule for 2024 at Kadence Americas!
For the calendar year 2024, Kadence International (US) will observe the following 12 holidays.
These holidays are considered “off-days” for most employees residing in the US unless a particular department or individuals must operate during these days.
Employees who miss a holiday due to a compressed working week or deadlines can take a substitute day and an additional day as time off. Employees who want to take their substitute day plus an additional day must inform and receive approval from their line manager and HR.
Whenever working on holidays becomes necessary, Kadence will offer an additional day off to be taken within 1 month after the holiday. For example, if an employee works on February 19th – such an employee may take two days off by the end of March.
Religious Holidays
Apart from observed state and national holidays, some employees may observe separate religious holidays. In the spirit of anti-discrimination practices, Kadence will allow employees to take unpaid time off for a religious holiday unless such an arrangement causes undue hardship to the company. The employee must notify and receive approval from the line manager and HR.
